BUILDING LOBBY & AMENITIES RENOVATION

Engaged by Highwoods, MurphyMeyers led the building repositioning process for the 10 Glenlake common areas to reinvent this lakeside asset to engage and excite their current and prospective tenant base.

Designed in the midst of the pandemic, the intent was to offer a space to relax, recharge, and refresh—one that felt comfortable, inviting, and enhanced.

Together, the project team delivered a set of amenities that leverage a sophisticated lake house vibe, boasting a 100-person conference room, full-service café, grab-and-go offerings, technology-ready huddle rooms, coffee house working space, front porches, and a first-class fitness center with locker rooms.

The project also introduced a new monumental staircase that connects the entry level to the lake level, showcases the views, and connects customers and guests to the new available offerings. New furniture, artwork, and accessories finished off this project refresh, creating a space that makes coming to the office something to look forward to.
